Fred Arnold Petty, 66, of Atkins, passed away at his home on Friday, July 24, 2026. He was born September 19, 1959, in Phoenix, Arizona, son of the late Norma Rae and Joe Petty.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Bobby and Rex Petty.
He is survived by Linda Petty; children, Kevin Petty, Kody Petty, Kari (Erin) Atkin; granddaughters, Karissa Rains, Kinley Rains; 3 sisters, Nancy Fleming, Janice Johnson, and Tina McNutt.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 28, at Lemley Chapel with Bro. Chad Duvall officiating. Private burial is in Bells Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
