PELTONEN, Pamela Sue – of Davison, Michigan, age 60, passed away on July 23, 2026. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society in honor of Pam.
Pam was born in Flint, Michigan, on March 19, 1966. On August 2, 2002, she married Eric Peltonen, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and together they shared many wonderful years. Pam found great joy in life's simple pleasures, especially tending to her garden each spring as flowers came into bloom. Above all else, her family was the center of her world. She treasured every moment spent with her beloved grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable pride and happiness. An avid bowler, Pam enjoyed traveling across the country to compete in tournaments, forming lasting friendships and wonderful memories along the way. She was known for her kind and compassionate heart, her caring nature, and the warm smile she so generously shared with everyone she met. Pam's love, kindness, and joyful spirit will be remembered always by those fortunate enough to have known her.
Pam is survived by her loving husband, Eric Peltonen; stepmother, Linda Richert; sons: Cameron (Gina) Averill and Nathan (Sydney) Averill; step-children: Eric P. (Kari) Peltonen and Heather (Dave) Escobedo; grandchildren: Jordyn, Rylee, Savannah, Brayden, Kayd, Greyson, Adalynn, Lucas, Dakota; close friend, Toni Davis; half-siblings: Dawn, Larry, Jackie, and Terry; many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by father, James Richert; mother, Beverly (Knispel) Streeter; stepfather, Larry Streeter; siblings: Sherry Richert and Edward Richert.
