Janice E. DeBoe-Havens Obituary

Janice E. DeBoe-Havens, 88, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert DeBoe Sr; her second husband, Harry Havens; her son, Robert DeBoe Jr.; and her parents, Harold and Mary Lee Green.

Janice was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and woman of deep faith who loved the Lord. She lived each day with joy, kindness, and a wonderful sense of humor. Her infectious laugh could brighten any room, and her greatest happiness came from spending time with her family.

She enjoyed reading, traveling, biking, golfing, spending time outdoors, sharing good food, and making lasting memories with the people she loved. She retired after many years of working for the transportation department of Western School District. To her great-grandchildren, she was affectionately known as "Gigi," a title she treasured.

Janice is survived by her loving children, Shari Moe (Ken Moe), Scott DeBoe (Debbie DeBoe), Brenda Moulton; and her daughter-in-law, Mindy DeBoe. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Doug Moe, Sarah Duffing (Chad), Mindy Whisman (David), Dawn Miller (Jeff), Chase DeBoe, Milea DeBoe, Sophie DeBoe, Amanda Medek (Alex), Brian Coon (Courtney), and Anthony Waite (Morgan).

She is also survived by her beloved great-grandchildren, Taylor Hurd (Lucas), Hannah McCaffrey, Collin McCaffrey, Grant Whisman (Liv), Drew Whisman, Adam Miller, Aaron Miller, Andrew Miller, Bentley Coon, Sawyer Coon, Memphis Coon, Zander Medek, Zella Medek, Vayda Waite, Mavis Waite, and Pearl Fleming; as well as her great-great-grandchildren, Lainey Hurd and Atlas Hurd.

Janice's life was defined by faith, love, laughter, and family. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who were blessed to know her. Her family finds comfort in knowing she is now reunited with those who went before her and is at peace in the presence of her Lord and Savior.
