Joyce E. Warner, 92, of Bliss, NY, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw.

She was born on August 19, 1933, in the Town of Eagle, NY, and was a daughter of the late John and Emma (Dey) Washburn.

In her earlier years, while raising her children, Joyce lovingly cared for her aging parents until their passing.

Joyce worked for several years at the Red & White Store in Bliss. She was also a devoted homemaker and, in her later years, worked at The Cloisters in Warsaw.

She was a longtime member of the Rock Glen Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Joyce loved crocheting, working word puzzles, playing cards, walking, and baking. She always had a smile for everyone and delighted in keeping her cookie jar full, especially for her beloved grandchildren.

Joyce was predeceased by her first husband, Willard L. Jordan, who died on September 8, 1984. She later married Douglas E. Warner on May 18, 1988, and he passed away on February 4, 2025.

She was also predeceased by her siblings, Crystal Shaffner, Clarence Washburn, Hazel Hatfield, Laurel Roberts, Evelyn Reynolds, Jay Washburn, Everett Washburn, Lynn Washburn, and her twin sister, Joan Swain.

Joyce is survived by her children, Jerry (Barb) Jordan, Lorraine Bressanelli, Connie McGinnis, Philip (Marilyn) Jordan, Brian Jordan, Joel (Kathy) Jordan, and Brent Jordan; her stepchildren, Craig (Cherie) Warner, Laura (John) Mahoney, and Eric (Diane) Warner; several grandchildren and step-grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and her beloved brother, Glen Washburn.

There will be no prior visitation. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family, with interment in Lyonsburg Cemetery.
