Rachel Ann Welch, 42, of Roxboro, died on Friday, July 10, 2026. Born in Dallas Texas, Mrs. Welch was the daughter of the Elbert Hugh Welch and the late Tina Alsterberg.
In addition to her father, Mrs. Welch is survived by David Benjamin Vicks, Sr.; two sons: David Benjamin Vicks Jr. (Alex Wrenn) and Hunter Wayne Vicks of Roxboro; two daughters: Hannah Nichole Vicks of Roxboro and Miranda Vicks of Creedmoor; three sisters: Christian Wallace of Texas, Rochelle Welch of Alabama and Raquel Welch of Florida; two grandchildren: Grace Lynn Oliva Vicks of Roxboro and Alexus Wrenn; one expectant grandchild, Emberlynn Jean Vicks.
A memorial service will be held 2PM Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at the Brooks & White Chapel by the Pastor Ron Pruitt.
