Cheryl Anne Ayotte

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Nee-nee, daughter, sister, and friend, Cheryl Anne Ayotte, on July 4, 2026, at the age of 59. She passed peacefully in the comfort of her home.

Cheryl was strong, determined, and fiercely independent. She had a heart that knew no limits. Above all else, her greatest joy and purpose in life was her family. She devoted herself to loving her children and grandchildren with everything she had.

Cheryl will be forever loved and deeply missed by her children: Crystal O’Gorman (Shawn), Jamie Ayotte, Michelle Ayotte, and Dalene Snyder (Dakota). She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Cayden O’Gorman, Peyton Perry, Paisley, Lilly, Eli, Theo, and Nova-Ann Snyder. She is lovingly remembered by her mothers Betty Warne and Donna Ayotte; her sisters, Patricia Ayotte and Darlene Bain (Andre); and her brother, Phil Ayotte (Joanne). Cheryl was predeceased by her father, Douglas Ayotte, who passed away in 2024.

She will be remembered for her strength, generosity, unwavering love, and the countless ways she put others before herself. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A service of remembrance will be held in Cheryls honour at Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 1pm. Following the service, friends and family are invited to reception in the Wartman Funeral Home reception centre.
