Billy "Poppy" Duvall Obituary
Billy Duvall, 74, of Atkins, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock. Lovingly known as “Poppy,” he was born April 6, 1952, in Atkins, son of the late John E. and Lucy Duvall.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Charles Duvall; a sister, Wanda Sue Taylor; and a daughter, Kimberly Thurman.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Duvall; children, Brandy Reyes (Ernesto), Karen Boyd (Mike), and Heather Duvall; grandchildren, Kaitlin Melton (James), Karrie Taylor (William), Madison Boyd, Skylar Boyd, Ethan Midwell, Lillie Midwell, David Murphy, and Lucy Thurman; 4 great-grandchildren, Kai and Liam Ratsphangthong, Bill Taylor, and Michael Reed; siblings, Mary “Bet” Ennis, Robert Duvall (Linda), Johnny Duvall, Larry Duvall, Brenda Riviero (Henry), Diane Duvall, Karen Riddell (Jerry), and Ronnie Duvall (Jean Ann); and mother-in-law, Ellie “Nana” Perceful.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins.
