Judy Ann Neal O’Brien, of Pearl River, Louisiana, passed away on June 28, 2026, at the age of 71. Born on February 9, 1955, in New Orleans, Louisiana, she is the daughter of the late Helen Magdeline LaGrange Neal and Gene T. Neal.

Judy was preceded in death by her first husband, Henry O’Brien III, as well as her companion, Quincy Bostic, both of whom held special places in her heart. She was also preceded in death by her brothers Gene, Walter, and Kenneth, and step-brother, Edwin E. Blanchard.

Judy was a devoted mother to her son, Henry F. O’Brien IV. She is survived by her brothers, John, Michael, and Jim; sister, Lisa, and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Judy earned an associate’s degree from Louisiana Technical College Sullivan Campus. She worked as a caregiver, a role that reflected her generous heart and her ability to comfort and support others in times of need. She was also involved in computer networking, where she demonstrated her willingness to adapt, learn new skills, and remain engaged with the changing world around her.

Judy leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. Her life was one of meaningful relationships and enduring family bonds. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
