Billy Edward Cave Obituary
Billy Edward Cave, 86, of White Hall, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. He was born on March 27, 1940, in Heber Springs, Arkansas to the late Edward Eweng Cave and Betty Jewel Lunsford.
He was raised by his grandparents in Arkansas but spent a brief period of his teenage years in Chicago, Illinois and Michigan. He earned his GED and joined the United States Air Force, where he was stationed in Spokane, Washington.
Billy was a hard-working man who enjoyed his work as an entrepreneur and a farm equipment mechanic. He was a partner in B&R Enterprises in Cornerstone, Arkansas, which later became Cave & Cave Sales, a store he took great pride in for many years.
He was well known for his love of people and telling stories to those he interacted with both at work and in his personal life. Billy had a keen eye for wholesale and flea markets where he would purchase secondhand items and repurpose them to re-sell. When he wasn’t out hunting down things to fix or flip, he could be found spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Ruth Adams Cave; his son, Billy Ralph Cave; and his brothers, John Q. Cave and James R. Wilson.
Survivors include his daughters, Teri Johnson (David) and Toni Craise (Robert); three granddaughters, Holland Craise, Madison Craise, and Megan Phillips; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family members; and his devoted caregiver, Maggie Cave.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 27th at 10:00 a.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery with Brother Feral West officiating.
