Dorothy “Dottie” Ophilia Streich, 94, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on June 24, 2026.

She was born January 6, 1932, in Casa Grande, Arizona, to Issac Alexander and Linnie Lou Linnie Toland.

She was a member of Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church and loved being a wife, mother, and grandmother.

She enjoyed cooking for all the family, singing, selling Avon, making quilts, and crocheting.

She was preceded in death by her children’s father, James Collins; her husband, Virgil E. Streich, whom she married on June 27, 1993, at Lake DeGray; daughter, Finisha Collins; her parents; siblings, Wilburn Toland, Vada Brown, Jessie Toland, Essie Brown, Bessie Toland, Lessie Toland, Addie Wilson; daughter in law, Julie Collins; son in law, Bob Montana.

Survivors include her children, James A. Collins, Jr. (Tina), Patsy Lee Gonthier (Joe), Debra Collins, Charlette Montana, John A. Collins; eighteen grandchildren; forty-nine great-grandchildren; thirty-nine great-great-grandchildren; brother, Tommy Toland; sisters, Jane Toland, Jeanie Toland-Scott, June Toland; stepdaughters, Kim Kuhn (Steve), Donna Deruyter (Brian).

The family will hold a Memorial service, Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to the Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church, 9238 Sulphur Springs Road, Pine Bluff, AR 71603.
