Donna L. (Bannon) Roberts Obituary

Donna L. (Bannon) Roberts, 65, of Coventry, beloved wife of the late Michael R. Zagorski, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 22, 2026. Donna was born on May 24, 1961 in Hartford, CT, the daughter of Jacqueline (Lombard) Bannon and the late Donald J. Bannon.

Growing up in South Windsor and attending South Windsor High School, she graduated with the Class of 1979. She went on to be co-owner of Dyna Electric Inc. in Manchester with her late husband Michael.

Donna was the most kind and loving woman who devoted her life to her family and friends. She had a smile that would light up rooms, a heart that never stopped giving and a gentleness that everyone loved to be around.

Donna loved spending her time outside, whether she was gardening in her yard, feeding the wildlife or walking with her dog Nikki. Always leaving a positive impact wherever she went, what ever she did. A truly incredible woman who will deeply be missed.

Along with her mother, Jaqueline Bannon of South Windsor, she leaves her daughter, Danielle M. Roberts of Coventry; her sisters, Cynthia Kasmar of Ellington, and Lynne Bannon of South Windsor; her mother-in-law, Elaine Zagorski of South Windsor; and many other extended family members and friends whom she loved dearly.

Her family will receive friends for calling hours on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, from 4-6 p.m., at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Rd., South Windsor. For online condolences please visit www.carmonfuneralhome.com
