Arthur Leroy Clark

Arthur Leroy Clark, 73, formerly of Pine Grove, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2026 at The Pavilion at St. Luke's Village, Hazleton.

Born on October 23, 1952 in Pottsville, he was the son of the late Leroy Arthur and Fiora Rose Natale Clark.

He attended Pine Grove Area High School.

Arthur was in the Army National Guard.

He was a member of the Schuylkill Church of the Brethren, Pine Grove.

Arthur enjoyed gardening.

Preceding him in death were two brothers, Ernest Clark and William Clark.

Surviving are two daughters, Jennifer Thomas of Freeland, Kimberly and husband Seth Merwine of Williamstown; three grandchildren, Ashley Alioto, Mikael Merwine and Kelly Fowler; seven great grandchildren, Madyson, Hunter, Carter, Kylie, Wyatt, Ryleigh, and Raelynn; five sisters, Alice Breslin and husband Kenny Matz of Pottsville, Teresa and husband Richard Small, Jr. of Annville, Barbie and husband Thomas Matyniak of Delaware, Rose Nordall of Pine Grove, Annie and husband Paul Breidigan of Oley; nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove with Richard Hoffman officiating. There will be a visitation on Friday, June 19, 2026 from Noon until 1:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Schuylkill Church of the Brethren Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Schuylkill Church of the Brethren, c/o Lois Lehman 26 Pine Hill Rd., Pine Grove, PA 17963 in his memory.

The family would like to send a heartfelt Thank You to the staff of The Pavilion at St. Luke's Village for their care and compassion shown to Arthur during his time there.
