Sandra McNamee (née Fox)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sandra “Sandi” McNamee.

Sandi passed, surrounded by love, at the John M. Parrott Centre on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the age of 76.

Sandi will be deeply missed by her husband of 36 years, Jack, and cherished forever by her daughter Tania Granger (Dan). She was the proudest “Gramma” to Ben Granger and Emma Granger.

Beloved daughter of the late Gerald and Helen Fox, Sandi is lovingly remembered by her brothers, Dan Fox (Lee Ann) and Jim Fox, and by her nephews, Ryan Fox (Chanelle) and Justin Fox (Sarah).

Sandi will also be fondly remembered by Jack’s daughters, Shannon Chapman (Rick), Johanne Brunner (Hans) and Terri Kearney (Greg), and by the memory of his late son, Glenn, along with their children and extended families.

In keeping with Sandi’s wishes, aquamation has taken place. For those wishing to make a donation in her memory, she kindly requested consideration of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
