Stephanie Lynn Sheppard, 49, of Ridgeway, Virginia, passed away at her residence Saturday, January 10, 2026. She was born in Reidsville, North Carolina, on February 8, 1976, to Vicky Lee Morton Pulliam and the late Paul Thomas McCollum, Jr.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Paul Thomas McCollum, Sr. and Evie Elizabeth Brown.

Stephanie was of the Christian faith and faithfully attended Mercy Crossing Church. As a homemaker, she devoted her life to her family. Her children were blessed with an amazing mother, and she poured so much love and energy into her grandbabies. Her pastimes included reading and cross stitching.

Stephanie will forever be loved and remembered by her mother, Vicky Pulliam (Darrell); daughters, Brandie Reed (Keith) and Amanda Hockett; sister, Donna Hall (Grayson); grandchildren, Aubriella “Brie” Reed, Haleigh Reed, Mason Reed, Weston Reed, Atlas Hopkins; one nephew; many cousins; the love of her life for over 20 years, Bradley Spicer; and extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday , January 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Memory Gardens in Reidsville, NC with Pastor James Blair officiating. The family wishes to express their gratitude for the love and support that has been shown during their time of grief.
