Patricia Ann Saffell, 78, of Piketon, Ohio passed 12:05 a.m., Saturday, January 10, 2025, at Pavilion at Piketon.
Patricia was born May 4, 1947, in Jackson, Ohio, the daughter of the late John Graham and Alice (Leach) Graham.
She is survived by her son, E.J. (Glenna) Saffell of Hillsboro, Ohio; daughter, Denise (David) Gillispie of Londonderry, Ohio; two grandchildren, Robert Peters and Erin Block; three great-grandchildren, Jaxon Saffell, Maddy Block and Sarah Peters; and three siblings, Bonnie Creech, Regania Graham, and Steven Graham.
She was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings, Virginia Kay Frisby, Thomas Graham, Rebecca Graham, John Graham Jr., and Betty Farley.
Patricia was a homemaker.
Calling hours will not be observed. A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
