Evelyn Burke Johnson, age 91 of Weeksbury, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at her residence. She was born June 19, 1934 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Grant & Aggie Hall Burke. She was the wife of the late Estill Johnson. She is survived by A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends; Special loved ones: Sugar, Stephanie, Tiffany, Hannah & Leeland. Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her Brothers & Sisters: Orville Burke, Clyde Burke, Willis Burke, Jewell Dean Burke, Opal Dutton, Geraldine Burke & Beatrice Hall; Special Friend: Zack Rogers. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Visitation will begin Sunday, January 11, 2025 at Solid Rock Community Church, Wheelwright, Kentucky with additional services at 7pm

Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 12, 2025 at 12 noon at the church

Burial will follow at Burke Cemetery, Abe Fork, Weeksbury, Kentucky
