Jeannine Dube 95, of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Ludlow on August 14, 1930, to the late Telesphore and Evelina Dube and was a graduate of St John the Baptist School and Cathedral High School. Jeannine was a lifelong member of St. John the Baptist Church/St. Elizabeth Parish in Ludlow where she was a devout Catholic and a member of Ladies of St Anne. Jeannine spent her entire working career at Ludlow Savings Bank. She will be remembered for her love of family, and kindness she showed toward others.


Although Jennine did not have any children of her own, she was a devoted sister to the late Eugene Duby and wife Rita, Adrein Duby, Alphie Duby and his wife Shirley, Roger Dube and his wife Tillie, Florina Ackerman and her husband George, Edna Ackerman and husband Albert and Anita Maurice and husband Gilbert. She was also an adored aunt to the late Janet Granger, Susan Tremble, Richard Duby, Kathy Ackerman and Kevin Ackerman. Jeannine will be remembered by nieces and nephews Marion Nummy, Kenny Duby, Sherry Shaffer, David Dube, Harold Ackerman, Jimmy Ackerman, Gerald Ackerman, Michael Ackerman and Christopher Maurice, along with their spouses and children. She was blessed to have Christopher and Karen Maurice; David and Annette Dube and Lynn Casimiro to assist with her care.


Funeral Services for Jeannine will be held on Thursday, January 22nd, 2026, from the Ludlow Funeral Home. Visiting hours will be from 9:15-10:15am at the Funeral Home, with a Liturgy of Christian Mass celebrated at 11:00AM in St. Elizabeth Church followed by burial in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Springfield.
