Laura Bartosik, 41, passed away on January 8, 2026, in Rockford, Illinois.

Laura was a devoted mother, a cherished sister, and a shining light to all who knew her. Her love, strength, and beautiful spirit touched countless lives. Though her time with us was far too short, her legacy will live on through her beloved children — Matthew, Cameron, Aubree, Makaylee, Alex, and Samantha — and her precious grandchildren. She will also be deeply missed by her soulmate and her many dear friends.

Laura is survived by her sister, Beanie Bartosik of Rockford; her children, Makaylee Bielefeldt, Samantha Bielefeldt, Alex Bielefeldt, Matthew Burrow, Cameron Guzman, and Aubree Bielefeldt; her spouse, Mark Bielefeldt; her siblings, Nick Bartosik, Richard Bartosik, and Katie Burden; her aunt, Lynn Lane; and her grandchildren, Raelynn Dennis, Isaiah Dennis, and Mark Bielefeldt.

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Sharon Bartosik.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
