Julie A. Peters Millage, 63, of East Moline, IL, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026, at University of Iowa Medical Center, Iowa City.

A memorial service will be held 6:00 p.m. Friday, January 16th, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, with visitation prior from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics.

Julie was born March 24, 1962, in Moline, IL, to Harvey and Shirley (Nelson) Dopler. She married Bradley L. Millage on March 19, 2019, in Las Vegas, NV.

She was an avid Chicago Bears fan. Some of her favorite times were those spent making memories with family and friends. Julie will be fondly remembered as a loving wife, mom, and grandma.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Bradley, of East Moline; daughters, Hayley Peters, East Moline, and Hannah Irizarry, East Moline; grandchildren, Landon Peters, Jaycee Nicholson, Jordon Nicholson, and Ryder Poling; brother, Dennis Dopler, Bettendorf; and nephews, Michael and Ryan Dopler (Elicia Bowen).

Julie was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Shirley.

Julie’s family wishes to express a heartfelt Thank You to the Doctors, Nurses, and Staff of the University of Iowa Medical Center for their kindness and care.
