James Joseph Cusack
Jimmy Cusack, 90, of White Plains, NY passed away on Jan, 8, 2026. Born on Dec. 30, 1935 in Peekskill, NY, he was a devoted husband to Grace and a loving father to Kathy, Tommy (Debbie), and Patti (Tommy).
Jimmy was a hard-working and dedicated butcher and store owner of Cusack & Sons Meat Market in Yonkers, NY. He enjoyed being with family, playing golf, traveling with Grace, watching the Yankees and NY Ranger games and being in Montauk with his entire family. He was a man of kindness, generosity and had a deeply devoted faith in God.
He has left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. We find comfort in knowing that Dad’s legacy lives on through the lessons he taught us, the love he shared, and the memories we will cherish forever.
He is also survived by his grandchildren Christopher, Kevin (Jess), Jennifer (Vinny), Jack, Katie and Michael.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, Jan 12th at Beecher Flooks Funeral Home 3:00 – 7:00 pm (418 Bedford Road Pleasantville, NY). A funeral mass will be held Tuesday, Jan 13th at Our Lady of Sorrows Church (920 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains, NY) at 10 am.
