Angus Leroy Redcliff Obituary

Angus Leroy Redcliff, 73, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Rose Arbor Hospice. He was born on January 8, 1952, the son of Angus Leroy Radcliff and Pearl (Austin) Radcliff.


Angus was a good man. He was born in Atlanta, GA. He lived in central South Carolina before moving to Battle Creek, MI, in 1978. He resided in Battle Creek, MI, with his two kids: Son, Angus L. Radcliff, Jr., and his daughter, Mary A. Radcliff. Later in life, he fathered two other sons; Angus Radcliff and Marvin Robinson, with Flora Robinson. He loved all his kids and as time passed, he grew to love a multitude of other friends and family, which he considered blood, extending nothing but love and concern for everyone, he befriended. Angus was a hard-working man and did whatever he needed to do to provide for his family. He was a very talented man. He worked as a mechanic, construction worker, landscaping, and many more. He loved to laugh and have fun. He also loved and enjoyed going fishing and spending time with family and friends. He was the Grill Master at family gatherings and special occasions. He leaves behind so many who cared and loved him. He was a parent and a friend to so many others. Angus Leroy Redcliff, AKA June, AKA Shocka Zulu, will forever be missed.


Angus is survived by his Daughter, Mary Radcliff of Battle Creek, MI; Three Sons, Anglus Radcliff, Jr. of Battle Creek, MI, Marvin Robinson, Angus Radcliff, III; Eleven Grandchildrens, Tyra Radcliff, Jamontay Radcliff, Kiara Radcliff, Caleb Radcliff, Raeonna Bryant, Audrenae Jarvis, Sean Bryant, Solyce Hollins, Danielle Kinsey, Ma'Kala Radcliff, Ma'lek Hollins; Eleven Great Grandchildrens, Riel Kinsey, Emrie Kinsey, Marquel, Ronye Radcliff, Nay Elle Radcliff, Nevadius Kinsey, Sia Hollins, Yalena Hollins, Kuai Clark, Kamiri Clark, Kamiri Clark. He was preceded in death by his Father, Angus Leroy Radcliff, Mother, Pearl Radcliff.


Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 West Dickman Road, on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.


A Memorial Service will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Saturday, January 17, 2026, 1:00 pm with Pastor John Boyd of Love in Action Community Ministries officiating.
