Thomas J. Matisko, 89, of Springdale, passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday January 8, 2026.
Born Sept.16,1936 in Springdale, to his parents, the late George and Anna (Surma) Matisko. Tom was preceded in death by his loving wife, Marcella J. (Pinchok) Matisko; son David; and brothers, John, George and Mike Matisko and by his sisters, Anne Protz and Marge Maruskin. He is survived by sons, Thomas Jr. (Karen), Leonard and Daniel (Michele); grandchildren Courtney, Kayla, Ryan, Elizabeth, Dominick, Matthew, Nathaniel, Taylor and Liam; and four great grandsons. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, golfing and woodworking. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be truly missed.
Per Mr. Matisko’s wishes, visitation and interment in Deer Creek Cemetery are private for his immediate family.
