Marie Aliberto, who passed away on January 8, 2026, at the age of 95, was born on December 31, 1930, in Eastchester, New York, to the late Maria and Lorenzo N. Marciano.

A longtime resident of Tuckahoe for 50 years, she spent the last 11 years in Hartsdale, New York. Marie was one of eight children and was the last of her siblings to pass away.

On August 24, 1952, she married Michael F. Aliberto, Jr., at Assumption Church in Tuckahoe, NY. Marie worked tirelessly and raised five children. The love and devotion she showed to her husband and children were unconditional.

Marie was survived by her children: Michael F. Aliberto III, Lawrence N. Aliberto, Joseph P. Aliberto, Maria Aliberto Gagliardi, and Joanne Aliberto. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 10, at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Tuckahoe. Interment will be private and follow at Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale.
