Mr. Billy Bob Marrs was born December 10, 1939 in Stillwell, Oklahoma to Lizzie Stand.

Billy served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War era as a construction equipment supervisor. He served for 23 years and 8 months. He retired December 1, 1987.


He met and married the love of his life, Cynthia at the West Fraternal Hall, West, Texas on April 30, 1999. They married on July 15, 2008, and was married for 17½ years. Billy worked for the City of Waco and retired at the age of 65. He was a hard worker, who didn't mind getting his hands dirty. He was also a loving husband and loved his family.


He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Wickham-Marrs; stepson, Greg Wickham and his wife Anna Davis Wickham, sister, Carol Thompson, brother, Jess; two half-brothers, Billy Jack and Larry, and seven grandchildren. A host of other relatives and friends.
