John Wayne Pulliam , 55 of Southville, Kentucky passed away Saturday January 3, 2026 in Southville.

He was a lifelong member of Salem Baptist Church; he had worked at Cummins Diesel in Indiana as a mechanical engineer since the mid-1990’s. He loved canning, gardening, and mowing grass.

John is preceded in death by his parents, Elmo and Edna Mae Pulliam.

John is survived by his brothers, Michael Pulliam (Sherrie) and Alan Pulliam (Peggy), both of Southville, Kentucky, a nephew, Cameron Mathis, and a niece, Hailey Bell.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday January 10, 2026 at the Shannon Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Grove Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Friday January 9, 2026 at Shannon Funeral Home, Shelbyville.
