Marie Margaret Cupini Peek, age 96, 1929-2026.
Marie was born in Vineland, NJ, on August 7, 1929, to the late Lydia and Caesar Cupini. Marie graduated from Vineland High School and went to work for the New Jersey Bell Telephone Company for 32 years. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
She took pride in the peony farm she established with her late husband Peter Peek. She loved to travel, gamble, tell her stories, and play hand-and-foot-canasta.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Peter Peek, and her sisters, Teresa Cappellucci, Anna May Kubrak, and Joan Cupini.
She is survived by daughters, Carla Bruce (William Bruce) and Melanie Rogan (Kevin Rogan). She is also survived by granddaughters, Stephanie Carwile (Justin Carwile) and Caitriona Rogan, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends will be received on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 10:00am until 11:00am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00am at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Interment will be held in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
