Gail Feist, beloved wife of the late Ron Feist, went home to heaven surrounded by her family on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the age of 75 years.

Born in Wales in 1950, Gail was the oldest of five. She immigrated to Canada and married the love of her life, Ron, in 1974. Together, they spent the next 33 years building a life together and raising their two children. They both loved to spend their time with their kids, travelling, watching sports, and being involved in every aspect of family life. Gail committed her life to raising her kids and being the best example of a mom.

Gail lost Ron in 2007 and has missed him every day since. She has spent the last eighteen years spending time with her kids and their spouses and was a beloved Nana to six grandkids who adored her and who she adored in turn. Gail invested in her family and her friends with time and continued connection with the relationships that mattered most to her. She will be missed immensely by her family and friends, but we are thankful she and Ron are together again.

Gail is survived by her daughter, Meghan and son-in-law, David, and their children, Kaia, Hudson, Gabel, and Soleil; and her son, Joshua and daughter-in-law, Alana, and their children, James and Chloe.

She is also survived by her brother, Kevin, her three sisters, Faye (Lorne), Lynette (Ben), and Karen (Garry); and her numerous nieces and nephews.

Gail was predeceased by her husband, Ron, and her parents, Lionel and Ethel.

A Celebration of Gail’s Life will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Park Memorial, 5008 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB) on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
