Louise R. Torra, 98, of Londonderry, NH, died peacefully in her sleep on Saturday January 3, 2026, at Pleasant Valley Nursing Center in Derry. She was born on May 31, 1927, in Buckland, MA, a daughter of the late George Peters and Marjorie (Francis) Malone. She had been a resident of Londonderry, NH for the past seven years, formerly living in Lanesboro, MA. She loved music, dancing and was an active member of the Association for the Blind for many years. She is survived by her six children, Patricia Montgomery, Irene Killian, Carlo Torra, Jr., and his wife Beth Torra, Debra Riberdy and her husband Mark Riberdy, Paul Torra, and Dawn Barton and her husband Carl Barton; 9 grandchildren; Christina Keller, Michelle McPeek, Jennifer Yorke, Rebecca Killian, John Torra, David Torra Jr., Michael Torra, Ashley Peabody, Alicia Riberdy, 13 great grandchildren with one on the way; and 3 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews with one recently found niece Susan Sharib of Newton, MA. She was predeceased by her husband, Carlo Torra, Sr., her son, David Torra Sr., her brothers George Hayes, Earl Peters, Raymond Hayes, Sherman Peters, her sisters Alice Ryan, Pearl Murray and Mildred Hanas and her son-in-law’s, Michael Montgomery and Forest Killian. Private services will be held in the Spring in Pittsfield, MA. The Dery Funeral Home of Pittsfield are assisting the family with arrangements.
