James Fredrick Wintringham Obituary

 


James Fredrick "Fred" Wintringham, late of Prince Albert, SK, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Herb Bassett Care Home in Prince Albert, SK.  Fred enjoyed his work with the RCMP, and driving bus for PA Northern Bus Lines.  In 1988 Fred met his lifelong partner Elaine McCloy (nee Aalbers).  Fred enjoyed dog training, playing hockey and ball. Elaine and Fred delighted in hosting garage sales throughout the summer. 


 


Fred will be lovingly remembered by his stepson, Jason (Carrie) McCloy; grandsons, Brayden, Ryley and Grayson McCloy; siblings, Alan Wintringham, Les Wintringham, Caroll Ottenbreit, Georgia (Hoppy) Penno, Nora Gross


 


Fred was predeceased by his partner, Elaine McCloy (nee Aalbers); brother, Steve Wintringham.
