WATERLOO – Michael J. Fedigan, 39, of Waterloo, NY, passed away at his home Saturday (January 3, 2026).


The celebration of life will be 2 p.m. Saturday (January 17) at the Warner-VanRiper Post 453 – American Legion, 7 E. Williams St., Waterloo, NY.


In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the organization of one's choice.


Michael was born, June 19, 1986, in Auburn, NY, the son of Michael D. Telvock and Kelly Sue Fedigan. He was a 2004 graduate of Waterloo Central High School. He was employed with Advanced Automotive in Geneva leaving to work at Wadham's Trucking. Later he was employed with Bobcat in Waterloo. He coached Vince Lombardi Football for several years. Michael enjoyed fishing with his children.


He is survived by his children Alaina J. Fedigan, Brenden J. Fedigan and Liam M. Fedigan; his father Michael (Mindy Haney) D. Telvock of Waterloo; mother Kelly Sue Fedigan of Auburn, NY; his stepmother Tammy L. Telvock of Waterloo, NY; siblings Jeremy (Cassie Nucci) Moore of Waterloo, NY, Jordan (Courtney) Telvock of Waterloo, NY, Ashley Moore of Auburn, NY, and Jace Michael Haney; paternal grandfather Gail Hayes of Seneca Falls, NY; maternal grandmother of Sandra Fedigan of Auburn, NY; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; mother-in-law and father-in-law Helen and Steve Long of Romulus, NY.


Michael was predeceased by his grandmother Patricia Plate Smithoover; maternal grandmother Carrie Belle Hayes; maternal grandfather William James Fedigan; and aunt Bonnie Marchek.
