Mearl Caudill Jr., age 62, of Rogersville, went to be with Jesus on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at home with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mearl and Ellen Caudill; brothers, Rondell, Larry, Gary, Danny, Ricky; sister, Linda.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Nancy Caudill; children, Shane Davis (Kristy), Stacey Crocker (Chris), Shelly Thacker (Scottie); brother, Bobby Caudill, sisters, Ruby Cook (Jonathan), Sharon Caudill (Craig), Shirley Caudill; grandchildren, Morgan, Andrew, Sarah, JoJo, Jon, Josh, Lily, Gracie, Xander, Ellen; 5 great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held at 2pm on Thursday, January 8 at Caudill Cemetery located in Topmost, KY with Pastor Cody Hall officiating. Gentlemen serving as pallbearers will be: Scottie Thacker, Shane Davis, JoJo Thacker, Logan Caudill, Josh Caudill, and JJ Brock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Christian-Sells Funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
