It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Wilma Norma Jocko Angus at her residence on Saturday, January 3rd, 2026 at the age of 74 years. Beloved wife of the late Paul Angus. She is survived by her children; Harris Angus, Leann Sharrow and Theresa Angus, her grandchildren; Wakie, Kyrsha, Kendrick, Weniente, Karahkwanentha, Kahakeron, Ahkwirateka, Kawennitahkhe, Meghan, Kanahiio, Michael, Paul, IIokonhahes and Ameteigha, her great-grandchildren; Nevaeh, Drayden, Kajein, Jace and Drayven her brother; Denis Jocko, many nieces and nephews, her godsons; John Papineau and Nathan Benedict, her chosen sisters; Valerie Lazore Jackson and Debbie Jocko.

She is predeceased by her parents; Louis and Mary Ruth Jocko (nee Thompson), her grandson; Kejein, her siblings; Angus Jocko, Norman Jocko, Albert Jocko, Phillip Jocko, Dorothy Kennedy, Viola Jocko and Pete Jocko and by her chosen sister; Barbara Papineau.

Wilma’s family warmly invites all family and friends to gather for a time of visitation and remembrance on Tuesday, January 6th, 2025 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-3888).
