With his family by his side on Saturday, January 3, 2026, Edward A., age 84, of Ingram.  Beloved husband for 62 years of Maxine Woodward Luppe. Son of the late Edward A. and Dorothy Hughes Luppe. Loving father of  Katherine (Thomas) Small, Maureen (William) Blackwell, Edward M. Luppe and Michael R. (Anne) Luppe. Dear grandfather of Lauren (Antonio) Verbene, Megan Blackwell and Annie, Thomas, Jacklynn and Rebecca Luppe. Brother of Patricia (Charles) Niedermyer and the late Lorraine Sullivan and Thomas M. Luppe. Also numerous nieces and nephews. Friends received at the Hershberger-Stover Inc. Funeral Home, 170 Noble Avenue, Crafton, on Thursday from 3 PM until the time of a Blessing Service at the funeral home on Thursday at 6:30 PM. Burial, with military honors, will be on Friday at 1 PM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Those going to the cemetery may meet at the funeral home on Friday by 12:15 PM for the funeral procession to the cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to Family Hospice, Development Dept., 700 Bower Hill Rd., Suite 1405,  Pgh., PA 15243.  Upon graduation from St. Mary of the Mount High School, Ed enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years. He spent the last two years as an Embassy Security Guard in the U.S. Embassies in Belgrade, Yugoslavia and Bonn, Germany. After his four years in the Marine Corps he worked in the car industry doing finance and insurance.  An avid sports fan, Ed enjoyed playing sports as well as being a spectator. Golfing and gardening were also his passions.
