May 13th 1959 - January 3, 2026


The family announces her passing at age 66 following a long and courageous battle with cancer.


She is predeceased by her parents Clarke and Marguerite Duthie, her brother Terry Duthie, her sisters-in-law Claire and Brenda, and her nephew Brent.


Dear sister of John, Danny (Lise), Debi (Robert Dagenais), Kim (Larry Cox), and Johnnie MacFarlane (Christine).


She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great and great great nieces and nephews.


In lieu of a funeral service, a "Bon Voyage Bash" took place on May 31st, 2025.


Benjie wished to pass along a special gratitude to her precious sister Kim. Her daily selfless acts of kindness were insurmountable during this journey and she was a champion when it came to advocating for her sister’s every need.

Cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Lessard Funeral and Cremation Centre Inc. Remembrance donations made to the Timmins and District Humane Society or the Northern Cancer Fund (Sudbury) would be greatly appreciated.
