William C. Wright (Bill) age 77 of Kingston, TN passed away January 3, 2026. He was a graduate of Harriman High School and the University of Tennessee. Bill was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps serving in the Vietnam War. He worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority and the U. S. Postal Service.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Evangeline (Jean) Hensley; father, William C. Wright Sr.; brother, R. Daryl Wright and step-father, James Everette Hensley.

Survived by his daughter, Beth Coates (Carl) of Knoxville; sister, Tracye Baber (Ned) of Kingston, and niece, Angela Wright Leffew of Chattanooga.

Family and friends will gather Friday, January 16th at 11 a.m. in the Bradbury Cemetery in Kingston for graveside services. Military honors will be conducted by the Loudon County Veterans Honor Guard.
