We are saddened to announce that Lakshmi Ramkumar, lovingly referred to as Kulu, passed away peacefully on December 13th, 2025. She was born on June 7, 1967, in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India and was the beloved daughter of Dr. S. Venkataraman and Sundara Venkataraman.

Kulu was a loving mother, a devoted wife, and a cherished sister. She is survived by her husband, Ramkumar; her children, Adhish and Ananya; her brothers, Sundar (Soma) and Kumar; Ramkumar’s sister, Srija, and Ramkumar’s mother, Renganayaki, and countless friends and extended family, all of whom will deeply miss her presence, wisdom, and care.

Deeply rooted in her Hindu faith, Lakshmi lived a life guided by devotion, discipline, and compassion. She was known for her remarkable memory; remembering every date from birthdays to anniversaries. She also found great pleasure in keeping her mind active through puzzles and memory games such as the daily Wordle and Sudoku.

Kulu began her professional career at M.N. Dastur & Company in Chennai before moving to the United States, where she went on to build a successful career at Infor that spanned more than two decades. She was admired for her dedication, intelligence, and quiet strength, earning the respect of colleagues and friends alike.

Above all, Kulu will be remembered for her unwavering faith, sharp mind, and the deep love she had for her family and friends. Her legacy lives on through the lives she touched and the values she instilled in those who knew her.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday December 16, 2025 at Flower Mound Family Funeral Home at 3550 Firewheel Dr, Flower Mound, TX 75028. Visitation hours will be 10 am to 11 am, followed by Hindu rites at 11:15 am.
