Robert Lee Ingram was born on July 11,1950 in Rich, Mississippi to McAuthur Ingram Sr. and Lillie Layton-Ingram.
CROSSROAD BOB
Born in Rich, Coahoma County, Mississippi...the county of Crossroads, Moon Lake, Blues legends, landmarks, and Sam Cooke and Ike Turner.
Crossroad Bob was given this nickname by his Uncle Robert "Bobcat" Taylor in the year of 1953. "Bobcat" Taylor taught Crossroad Bob how to create abstract graphics with a No. 2 pencil, a brown paper bag, a popsicle stick, and a creative imagination.
Robert retired from the State of Nevada after dedicating 29 years of services.
Robert relocated to Greenville Mississippi where he loved and enjoyed creating the art he called scratch and imagination. After battling a long illness Robert went home to be with the Lord on November 12, 2025.
Robert was very much loved by his family and will truly be missed.
