Myrna Rose Castel, 41, of Pukatawagan, Manitoba, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2025 at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Myrna was born on October 23, 1984 in Lynn Lake, Manitoba to Paul and Maggie Colomb. She grew up in various place such as Thompson and Newfoundland. She attended RD Parker School and Sakastew School. She later had numerous jobs and was the light of everyone’s day where she worked. She was employed at Nikaway, the Northern Store and the local school.
Myrna is survived by her partner Mathew Sinclair, of 16 years, children; Anthony, Dennis, Turin and Lyndon, siblings; Steven, Paul Jr., Jonah Yvette, Neil, Kona and other close relatives and bingo buddies. She was predeceased by her mother Maggie.
Myrna was full of life and everyone that knew her was filled with her love and kindness. Her laughter could be heard when it filled up the room and open skies. She was always on the go to help others in need. She was a valuable ally and her gift to everyone was her smile and overflowing energy. We are all going to miss her heavenly presence. Rest in peace, walk in Heaven now and sing your beautiful songs with all who have passed together once again.
