JACK RHOLETTER
Long Creek, South Carolina – Jack Garner Rholetter, of Long Creek, South Carolina, passed away peacefully at his residence on November 12, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in the Brasstown Community, on August 12, 1938, he was the son of the late Gus Clarenton Rholetter, Sr. and Arintha “Lizzie” Elizabeth Carter Rholetter. Jack was a former deacon and faithful member of Damascus Baptist Church, where he served his church family with devotion. He worked as a machine operator at Sangamo, where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Jack was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Gus Rholetter Jr., Howard Rholetter, Curtis Rholetter, Eleanor Rholetter, Mary Bramlett, and Gladys Virginia Rholetter Cobb.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:30 pm, Friday, November 21st, 2025, at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel, with entombment to follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm, Friday, November 21st, 2025, at Sandifer Funeral Home.
