Funeral Services will be 11 AM Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 3815 W. Broadway Street.
Visitation with family and friends will be from 6-8 PM Friday, November 21, 2025, and 9-11 AM Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Betty Ann Wagner Williams, of Taylor County (Campbellsville), Kentucky, was a devoted educator and woman of faith. After graduating from Campbellsville University, she taught in Owensboro, then in Louisville at Heywood Elementary, Roosevelt-Perry Elementary, and Highland Middle School, retiring from Jefferson County Public Schools in 2006.
She was a devout Christian and member of Emmanuel Baptist Church for over 57 years serving as a Sunday School Teacher and Deaconess until her health no longer allowed her to serve.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 54 years, Andrew Williams, Sr; sons Rev. Andrew (Natasha) Williams, Jr., and Timothy Wagner Williams; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; and extended family and friends who will remember her unwavering faith, dedication, and strength.
