Paul Albert Hlavka, late of Minton, SK passed away on November 12, 2025 at the age of 91 years.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Jean; daughter, Valerie Storle; his parents, Albert and Rosalin Hlavka; in-laws, Hjalmer and Evelyn Nyhus; brother, John; sisters, Julianna (in infancy), Eleanora; as well as numerous other in-laws. 

Paul is survived by: Chuck Storle and family: Blake (Jami) Storle and family [Daylee, Kaci and Grady], Brad (Brittany) Storle and family [London, Dillon, Everleigh], Bridget (Tyler) Cain and family [Quinn and Hayden]; Verlene (Don) Chaput and family: Crystal Chaput, Nicole Chaput(Dan) and family [Connor]; Harvey (Sharon) Hlavka and family: Joshua Hlavka (Melissa) and family [Lily, Jacobi, Nash, Austin, Attison]; Stephanie (Trevor) VanDeSype and family [Mason, Tj], Kara (Ryan) Wild and family [Ethan, Garrett], and Alyson Hlavka (Evan) and family [Weston]; Murray (Carrie) Hlavka and family, Jolynn and John; sister-in-law,Reta Szakacs; brother-in-law, Wilfred Nyhus;  as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Paul will be held on Thursday November 20, 2025 starting at 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, SK.

A Funeral Service washeld on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. from the Minton Community Hall, Minton, SK with Nancy Styles officiating.  A Private Family Interment took place at the Chapel Grove Cemetery, Minton, SK with luncheon following at the Minton Community Hall, Minton, SK.  Pallbearers were: Blake Storle, Brad Storle, John Hlavka, Joshua Hlavka, Quinn Cain and Connor Chaput.  Honorary Pallbearers were all Paul’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
