Don Jay Killian, (known to his family & friends as Donnie) of Montgomery, Texas passed away at the age of 62 on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 in Conroe, Texas.
Donnie served in the Military for 4 years including his time in the U.S. Army Reserves. While serving his country, he met the love of his life in the summer of 1984. He and Michelle were then married the following year in 1985. After a long wait they welcomed their miracle baby, Patrick, in 1997 who after graduating high school went on to join the U.S. Army the following year in 2018. Patrick is currently still serving on active duty. Donnie was so proud, to say the least, of his son and his choice to serve his country, and he would tell you all about it every chance he got!
Family & Friends meant everything to Donnie. He made sure to always let you know how much he loved and cared about you. His love and kindness simply poured out of him without hesitation. The scripture John 15:13 says "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." This was Donnie!
Donnie was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Judith Killian and his brother, David Killian.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Michelle; his son, Patrick; his God-Son, Dylan; his sister Dee-Ann; his Mother-in-Law, Peggy; and numerous other family members and close friends.
