Robert P. “Pat” Murphy, 82, of Milroy, IN passed away November 12, 2025.

Pat was born June 29, 1943 in Rushville to the late Wilbur K. And Virginia (Jarman) Murphy. Pat began working as an electrician for Pioneer Hi-bred in 1966 and retired in 2007.

He married Melissa Newbold November 19, 1990, and she survives. In addition to his wife, Pat is survived by his children Robert A. (Sherry) Murphy, Tammy K. Brees and Tyler E. (Kylie) Murphy; sister Sandra Fowler and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Pat was preceded in death by his brothers Larry, Lonnie and Terry Murphy.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Saturday November 15, 2025 at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory with Pastor Jeff Edwards officiating. Friends and loved ones are welcome to visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
