Paul Harter Causey, Jr., age 63, of Milan, Georgia, passed away on November 12, 2025, at his residence, surrounded by the warmth of his family's love. He was born on June 1, 1962, in Dublin, Georgia, to the late Paul Causey and Laverne Mote Causey.

A memorial service will be held at the Chapel of Lowes Funeral Home on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Jim Fennell officiating. The family will visit with friends from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M., one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Lowes Funeral Home, P.O. Box 9, Helena, GA 31037.

Paul was a self-employed carpenter, a vocation he conducted with passion and precision. As a carpenter he invested considerable time and effort to handcraft each project he built.

Paul was the cherished husband of Christy Causey of Milan and was a guiding light in the lives of his children—Emilee Cravey of Milan, Nichole Cravey and Morgan Cravey of McRae, Carolyne Causey, and Jim Causey of Roberta. His legacy continues to bloom through his grandchildren, Isabella Aspenwall and Hadley Graham of McRae.

Paul's enthusiasm for life was infectious and nowhere was this more evident than in his fervent support for the Georgia Bulldogs. His voice, whether raised in cheer or consolation, became a familiar and beloved part of the game day experience for those around him.

It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to Paul Harter Causey, Jr. Though he has left our sight, the memories of his spirit and the fruits of his labor will endure.
