Dennis L. Elkins age 67 of Locust Grove passed away Sunday, October 12,2025 Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Dennis was born in Atlanta, Georgia on November 5, 1957. His parents Clifford and Mary Helms Elkins along with his sister, Janet Elikns Goolsby all preceded him in death. Dennis retired from Old Dominion Trucking Company. You could always find him at Road Atlanta Races.
He is survived by several cousins, and friends.
A visitation will be on Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service will be on Monday, October 20, 2025 at Noon at Resthaven Garden of Memory, 2284 Candler Rd, Decatur, Georgia· (404) 284-1162. Friends and family are asked to meet at the cemetery.
