Jeffery Max “Jeff” Pearce, age 63, of Griffin, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at his home.

Jeff was born in Anniston, Alabama, on January 6, 1962. He is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Elizabeth Jenkins Pearce. Jeff graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in business finance and worked as a finance manager for Cash America Pawn.

Jeff will be remembered most for his big heart, his humor, and his loyalty. He had a way of making people laugh and feel at ease, no matter the situation. Jeff was the kind of man who would do anything for the people he loved and cared for—always checking in on family and friends just to see how they were doing. His kindness and steady presence touched everyone who knew him.

A true Alabama football fan, Jeff’s passion for the game was contagious. Saturdays in the fall were his favorite time of year, and his excitement for the Crimson Tide could fill a room.

Jeff’s joyful spirit, warmth, and love for those around him will never be forgotten. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and loyalty that will live on through those who knew him best.

He is survived by his daughter, Mackenzie Elizabeth Pearce, and his father, Max Pearce.

Jeff’s wishes were to be cremated, and no services are scheduled at this time.
