Christine (Chris) Moss (nee Copeland)

Peacefully on October 3, 2025, Chris passed away at Haldimand Memorial Hospital in Dunnville after a short fight with pneumonia and years of COPD at the age of 74. Christine was the only child of the late Russell and Verna Copeland.(nee Konkle). She will be sadly missed by her beloved husband of 58 years Gene Moss. She was a wonderful stay at home mother of 3 children, sadly predeceased by her oldest child Carrie Crockett and survived by her other children, Steve Moss (Susie) and Patricia Jones (Will). Proud grandmother of Eric Moss, Rachel Savoie (Mitch), Autumn Blanche (Josh), Nathaniel Crockett (Shauna), Abbygayle Crockett, Jessica Jones, John Jones and great grandmother to Scarlett Crockett. Chris requested no memorial service, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers donations to Royal Canadian Legion Dunnville Branch 142, may be made in her memory. Chris was an avid knitter and could be found weekly at craft shows throughout the Niagara and Haldimand Regions.

She had a fondness for the Chow Chow breed of dog and had many over the years and will be missed by her latest friend Sandy.
