Pamela Lynn Huffman Obituary

Pamela "Pam" Huffman, 68, a lifelong resident of Niagara, Wisc., passed away early Sunday morning, September 28, 2025, at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay, with her niece, Shelly, by her side.

She was born to Bill and Elaine (LaLiberte) Huffman early the morning of March 15, 1957, in Iron Mountain, Michigan, and lived all of her life in the home that they brought her to. She was a devout Catholic and a lifelong member of St. Anthony's Catholic church in Niagara.

Pam was not one to join clubs, but was happy to help out whenever asked. She had a kind, loving heart and took great pleasure from helping family and friends who needed her.

She graduated from Niagara High School, class of 1975, and chose to remain home helping her parents. When her mother became very ill, Pam took care of her at home until she was no longer able to.

Pam loved children and was "Pam, the babysitter" to many. Some she remained close to until her passing. She also loved animals, especially dogs and her own pup, Gizmo. There were some kitty friends in there, too.

She loved to sew, knit, crochet, do counted cross stitch, and other craft projects, and did beautiful work, until her hands would no longer permit it.

Pam is survived by her sister, Kathy (Rod) Wendt of Appleton, Wi.; her brother (Tom (Judy) Huffman of Florence, Wi.; her nephew Terry (Ann) Wendt of Evans, Ga. whom she was especially close to; nieces Becky (Pat) Goheen of San Diego, Ca., Sandy Weier of Florence, Wi., Melissa Huffman of Oconto, Wi., Shevonne (Paul) Andersen of Elm Grove, Wi., and Michelle (Dan) Dorn of Abrams, Wi.; great-nieces and nephews are Terrence Wendt, Jr., Rodney (Emilee) Wendt II, Andy Cherry, Sam (Ashley) Dorn, Rachel Andersen, Madeline (Ritchie) Tulogeski, Matt(Nadine) Cherry Tracy (Trevor) Mashak, Sami (Ryan) Vasser, and Charlie Andersen; three great-great-nieces, and one great-great nephew. She is also survived by many relatives and friends, including Kathy Berber, Suzie Beneihoff, and especially Barb and Carol, who were so much help during her illness. We can't thank them enough. Lastly, her beloved dog, Gizmo.

She was preceded by her parents, brother, Jim (Ginny) Huffman of Appleton, and her nephew, Buddy Weier of Florence.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Niagara, Wisc. The Memorial service will follow at the church. Rev. Fr. Joe Dorner will officiate. Burial will take place in the Niagara Cemetery, Niagara, Wis.
