Sevani Makai Stevenson was born on March 17, 2019, in Charlotte, NC, to Tiona Islar and Jerrean Stevenson. He was raised in Rock Hill, SC, before moving to San Antonio, TX, where he attended Katie N. Reed Elementary School. Beloved by his teachers and classmates, Sevani's big smile and joyful spirit touched everyone around him. He loved swimming, school, and exploring new foods. Known for his laughter and vibrant personality, Sevani made every moment brighter. He leaves to cherish his memory; his mother, father, great-grandmothers Reba Epps (James Epps, late) and Carrie Holmes (Willie Jones Jr., late); grandmothers Sha'la Holmes, Yvonne Rush, and Evelyn Kitts-Wilson; grandfather Thomas Islar; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
