Bonnie J. King, born October 10, 1945, passed away on September 23, 2025, in Kodak, Tennessee. She was a talented artist who loved painting outdoor scenery, capturing the beauty of nature and the simple joys of life.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Juanita Spindler and Louise Uim. Survivors include her husband, Leroy King Jr.; sons, Dave King (Barbara) and Thomas King; and grandchildren, Joshua King and Amanda King.
Bonnie will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her creative heart, and the love she poured into her family and her art.
Funeral service 11 AM Tuesday, September 30, 2025 in Atchley’s Smoky Mountain Chapel with Pastor Steve Rogers and Pastor Tom Sterbens officiating. Entombment will follow in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Monday in Atchley’s Smoky Mountain Chapel, 220 Emert Street, Pigeon Forge, TN.
